This Promotion is conducted by Central Audiology, a registered Business, located on 20 Robe Street, New Plymouth Central, New Plymouth 4310
Competition dates
Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:01am NZ time on Thursday 27th February 2025 and closes at midnight on Monday 31st March 2025.
Who is eligible
The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only.
Anyone who enters the competition between 12:01am NZ time on Saturday 1st March 2025 and midnight on Monday 31st March 2025 automatically goes into the draw to win. Limited to one entry per email address.
This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Central Audiology or its related companies.
The prize
Ultimate Ears BOOM 4 Portable Speaker valued at approx $230. Just watch the video and answer the simple question to go in the draw.
Prize conditions
No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the winner cannot be contacted either by telephone or email within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period they will forfeit their right to the Prize.
Marketing & promotions
The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the Central Audiology website and within marketing materials through social media and digital assets.
By accepting the prize, the recipient agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, Central Audiology, who collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition.
Central Audiology may require the consent of the ‘recipient’ to disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organising the prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
- Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
- Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
- Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Competition Entrant and Central Audiology with respect to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion.
